Return and Refund Policy

Opened products are eligible for return.
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product was purchased directly from TalkToThyHealth.com.
Note: Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to the retailer’s policies.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Digital or downloadable products
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Return Process

- Whether the product is opened or unopened
- Our team will issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), which must be included with your return.
- Carefully package your item(s), including:
- The product(s)
- A copy of your invoice or order confirmation
- The provided RMA number

- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
